Grill’d - a great option for burgers, their beef and chicken patties are FODMAP friendly. You can also customise your burger and see a list of all their ingredients on their website.
Ladro - offering delicious pizza with options of gluten free bases, sauces that don’t contain onion and garlic as well as dairy free cheese.
Fish and Chips - Theo’s Fish Bar & Sweet Salt Chippery are gluten free fish and chip shops. Discuss with the staff on sauces to find something suitable for your FODMAP needs.
Gluten Free Bakeries
If you’re sensitive to wheat or are unable to have gluten, these gluten free bakeries have great options.
Glazed Gluten Free - Specialised gluten free bakery offering a range of vegan and nut free options. The staff are wonderful and happy to chat to you about ingredients in their products to meet your needs.
Gluten Free 4 u - This gluten free bakery and shop offer a range of freshly baked goods and frozen products. All of their products are labelled with dietary requirements such as fructose friendly or dairy free and show a list of ingredients.
Good Food Bakery - A bakery and providore offering everything from sweets to pastries and pies with a range of dairy, egg, soy and fructose free options.
Caffe Strada - This cafe and bakery offer a great range of bread and other select sweets, and can offer FODMAP friendly meals.
Although this list covers menus specifically helpful with FODMAP restrictions, in our experience, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants outside of this list that can accommodate dietary requirements. We’ve also put together some easy steps you can take when eating out on the low FODMAP diet.
