About the author

With her own journey of the low FODMAP diet due to fructose malabsorption, Lydia felt inspired to share her recipe ideas.
Lydia is a current Nutrition Science student who also has a degree within media. Diagnosed with fructose malabsorption in 2016, Lydia has been on her own gut health journey.
